Bhutan Military

Bhutan is an isolated landlocked country located in the eastern Himalayas between India and China. It covers an area of 38,394 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 762,698 people. Bhutan is a constitutional monarchy with an independent judiciary and legislative branch. Its military consists of the Royal Bhutan Army (RBA), which includes ground forces, air wing, and naval forces. The RBA is responsible for defending Bhutan against external aggression and maintaining internal security. Additionally, it provides assistance to civil authorities in times of emergency or disasters. The RBA also participates in regional peacekeeping operations and contributes personnel to UN missions overseas.
