Andorra is a small country located in the Pyrenees mountains between France and Spain. It has a population of approximately 77,000 people and its capital city is Andorra la Vella. Andorra does not have its own military forces, instead relying on France and Spain to provide for its defense. The two countries maintain small contingents of troops in Andorra to help ensure the country’s security. Andorra also maintains a small police force which is responsible for domestic law enforcement activities within its borders.
